Recreational
Welcome to Fantastic Gymnastics Recreational Programs. We continue on with the fun of learning gymnastics and add to the basics that they have accomplished. Each grouping is broken down by age and ability. New athletes are warmly welcome and are made to feel part of the family. We now start to focus on refining their skills, adding new skills, and advancing the skills to other apparatus. Confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility become added to the skills they are working on. Classes range from one hour to two hours and ages of the participants from 5 years old and up. These are fantastic programs for children to progress, learn, enjoy, and be successful in their sport to whatever age they desire without the need to compete.

Fantastic Recreational Gymnastics 1
Ages: 5 to 7 years old
These are co-ed classes that teach basic gymnastic skills in a fun environment. Children will learn and progress at their individual level of ability.
One hour class per week.

Fantastic Recreational Gymnastics 2
Ages: 7and up
This is a follow up to Recreational 1 gymnastics. However, new and beginner gymnasts are warmly welcomed to this class.

Advanced Fantastic Recreational Gymnastics
Ages: 8 and up
This is a follow up to Recreational 2 Gymnastics. This class is for those gymnasts who are wanting a more challenging class with increased exposure to each event without having to join our competitive teams. This class is a Fantastic way to learn some new and more advanced skills at a level that will challenge every gymnast in a fun , safe and encouraging environment.
Two hour class per week.

Fantastic Boys Recreational Gymnastics
Ages: 5 and up
A boys only class that teaches basic gymnastic skills in a progressive manner and in a fun environment. Gymnasts will be grouped according to age and/or ability. A Fantastic way to expose boys to gymnastics and encourage strength and flexibility. They will focus on all the boys events: floor, vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommels and rings.
One hour class per week.
