Toddler Time (Ages 2-4)
This fun, interactive class is designed to support your child's physical, mental, and social development through movement, play, and gymnastics-based activities. With one parent actively participating per child, you'll help your little one build coordination, body awareness, and gross motor skills in a supportive, engaging environment. Each class includes basic movement exercises, age-appropriate gymnastics skills, and fun games.
This class is ideal for children who are not yet ready to participate independently in the gym, require support from their caregiver, or need assistance listening to and following instructions. Parent participation allows children to build confidence, develop skills at their own pace, and enjoy a positive introduction to structured physical activity.

Our Gymnastics Fundamentals class for 3–4-year-olds introduces basic movement patterns and develops gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, and strength in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The class also promotes important life skills such as listening, following instructions, sharing, and building confidence, laying the groundwork for future gymnastics success.
As parents are not permitted in the gym during this class, participants should be comfortable separating from their caregiver, following coach instructions independently, and using the washroom without assistance. If your child is not yet ready for this level of independence, we recommend our Toddler Time program, where parent participation and support are included.
